Yep, all those times you get told to backup your saves, remove your cc before updating etc....I didn't do it. And I normally don't. Okay so, I'm USUALLY prepared to deal with it when a new EP comes out, but tonight I had a couple of apps for my foals I wanted to get sorted, so I started the launcher and saw the update message. Thinking it'd be like the last little patch, I hit update....thinking it wouldn't do anything at all....like the last update (I had to download the super patch just to apply that ONE update). Well, now my game is broken because mastercontroller is incompatible, and since I have more than 6 pets in the household I dont want to risk even starting that game without it. So until MC is fixed no simming for me.

What a weekend indeed! First the foals were born, I built two new facilities which I am super proud of, we got two new staff AND the kennel is starting up with border collies (my favourite breed).

Alas, it is now monday morning, which means another long week of work.

Well, the first foal crop is up, I've added in the sales rules and I just spent 10 hours building the new lot for the mares and foals. Now I want to actually PLAY for a bit!

Well, I'm pretty busy with work, but I've been messing around with the layout while there (yeah, I work really hard at my job...). Well, I hadn't even finished setting up previously when I decided my game was so riddled with bugs, I might as well start anew after fixing it rather than trying to import all the bugs to a new game.

I've moved from Sunset Valley to Sunlit Tides (so much prettier)
I have remade the horses
I am now breeding Akhal-Tekes instead of Australian Stock Horses, but I'll be looking to buy some other breeds off other stables (namely Thoroughbreds and Arabians)
I want to get a foal crop up before the end of the month, but I seem to be having a problem with my longer pregnancy mod. I may take that out and just redo the breeding. However, my boss is on holidays for the next two weeks which means I'm working much longer hours, therefore little playtime ):
The staff are getting a makeover as well as the facilities.
